Brandon,
“Both the in person and online off season and in season training programs have been fantastic. I feel stronger and more in control late in my rounds than I ever have. Further, the individual work you came up with on helping me maintain my posture throughout the swing is paying huge dividends. My distance, contact and accuracy has never been better. Thanks for your efforts and I look forward to moving forward with your program in the future!”

Hi Brandon, “Just want to let you know the golf workouts you have given me for the past 3 months have been of great help. Working out at home has been very convenient and easy to find the time to exercise. The combination of massaging muscles on foam, lifting weights and stretching has made me stronger and feeling like a million bucks. Thanks so much for getting me to try your program. I am so glad I did”. Sincerely,
Tina Bailey
Brandon, “your workouts have helped me out greatly not just in golf but in everything else that I do as well. I’ve become a better player hitting it longer and straighter and I feel and look better as a whole. Couldn’t have done it without you!”
Thanks,
M. Roscoe
Thank you for your past and present help with my fitness-training program. The specific training phases and workout program that you designed for me to maximize my training efforts has helped me a great deal for year-round golf activity.
Thanks, S. Bennett
The program you helped me with has me stronger in the right places, with better flexiblity and balance. I'm swinging better as a result. The bottom line is that I've added distance at age 53.
Thanks, M. Monahan
Skip,
FYI---hit my best shots in two years!...not there yet but making great

Skip,
I played in the New England Senior Golf Assoc tournament on Monday and
Tuesday. 36 hole medal play at Woodland and Brae Burn. I shot 155 for the
Two days, 76 at Woodland and 79 at Brae Burn. I was really happy with the
way my swing held up under tournament pressure (low gross overall for the 2
days was 152). My only problem was inability to get the ball in the hole.
The first 9 at Woodland, I hit 8 out of 9 greens and had 19 putts!
In the two days, I think I hit only 3 bad tee shots (sweeping hooks). I'm
still struggling hitting it from fairways though. A lot of thin shots.
But, it's really great hitting irons into long par 4's vs 3 woods from the
past!
My 155 won low gross for my age group (not counting the overall winner at
152)!
I'll probably be down to see you soon for a check-up and a bunch of
questions relative to the backswing as a lot of my struggle with irons seems
to be getting the club in the right slot on the backswing.

Skip,
Matt has some exciting news he made the varsity golf team at his school, St.
Sebastian's! He is only a 7th grader so that is a tremendous
accomplishment. His first varsity golf match was today and he tied and
earned a half point for the team!
Thanks to Matt's hard work and all your awesome instruction his golf game
has improve dramatically from last year. I'm sure Matt will fill you in on
the details, and looks forward to seeing you and sharing his news with you.
Thank you,
